When negotiating one should clearly understand the others culture so as to be careful in choosing the words while negotiating inorder to  make the other clearly understand  the message.

Negotiation is one of the most important things to rely on in persuading a person, and persuasion skills are one of the most dependable skills in negotiation. The success of negotiations depends on the negotiator himself.Negotiation and its importance ..? Negotiation is a process of continuous communication between two parties in order to reach a mutual agreement between two parties on an interest or something. Negotiation is used to resolve disputes, to deal with disputes and to achieve gains.Who is the successful negotiator? The person negotiating, and the success or failure of the negotiation process depends on the negotiator himself, and therefore the negotiator must have the skills to successfully complete the negotiation process.What are the skills of a successful negotiator? The negotiator must be capable of persuasion, influence and must enjoy the following* Strong personality first .. The strength of the person varies from person to person There may be someone strong person, and other and strong personality is the basis of the success of the negotiation process Whenever the negotiator has a strong personality can attract the other party, and able to lead Dialogue and control of the situation.Second: the possession of the argument, the evidence .. The negotiator must have the evidence, the argument necessary to convince the other party and that is the matter is the essence of negotiations until the other party is fully convinced.* Third wisdom and decency .. The negotiator must have the wisdom that leads to the good choice of words, words, and also that can affect the other party, we find that the hasty person who does not improve the choice of words, and words can increase Dispute, and conflict between him and the other party.* Fourth listener good .. cross cultural negotiation is a process to increase your  sucess especially in business by  avoiding barries and failures in international arena and gain advantage over competitors

Some of its challenges include

communication-the way we express our needs and feelings using verbal or non verbal can determine the other side perceives an can positively or negatively affect our credibility in negotiating 

cultural difference-it is a major challenge for how you handle it speaks volume on striking the deal as the negotiator.so one should atleast learn the other side culture

personal style- this is a challenge majorly for you have to determine assumptions that has to lead to a win-win solution
