There are two levels
1) At the personal level
A - The problem is related to me personally:
In this case, the challenge is related to me with one of the staff members or related to me or with the process steps and in both must be very aware that there are those who sees me as an example to follow ( lower careers ) or ( higher careers ) they are watching as supervisors and admin heads in the facility; Awareness and willing to make caution actions once upon must be in my way and in my performance and i should be fully aware of the results of what I will intend to do; because not to cause a biger problem and put the results expectation either were negative or positive in front of my eyes and learn and develop from myself
B - The problem is not related to me but in my work environment:
In this case all the members of the work will have complete confidence in me to involve me in solving their challenge, trust me and they consider me as an example to follow; in this case I become a leader not a manager
2) At the general level of the administration or institution
A - The problem is related to me personally:
It`ll be a disaster, i supposed to involve those who are higher than me in the functional grades to make the right decisions, in some times it reach to an investigation and may reach the penalties
B - The problem is not related to me but in my work environment:
In this case all members of the work will have complete confidence in me to involve me in solving their challenge and trust me and they will consider me as an example to follow. In this case I have pass the exceeded expectations and overshoot a long way in my life and become a source of confidence and loyalty and maybe it reach to new position حromotion or a bonus
In all cases, it is necessary to go directly and acknowledge what happened and avoid lies
