When sending off a shipment or product/s to client, prior its release, is it acceptable to let only the dispatch personnel handle its release?

It is good if the sales executive/sales incharge checks the product is upto the standards marketed to the client.

Once you have Final Product ready only then dispatch people take full control of consignment

In the work of transmission and transport, it is necessary to know all the work received in the same field to recruit trained staff so that the work is more quality

Not for me, I want as many hands to touch the paperwork and verify that this is the correct order and product. 

Sales as a department under administration, when handling sales to a client,the despatch personnel(sale's Officer) work hand in globe with his supervisor's(hierarchy's), either his admin coordinator and admin manager. They work as a team to ensure smooth delivery in quality and quantity,for a full satisfaction of the client.

Depending on the type of product, its better to be handled also in addoitional to the dispatch by the product Team since no one can figure out any error better than they do.

The shipment has to clear from port of destination by concerned personnel, then the same will be received by client.
