As design house manager i would go for creativity but if it is done in less that is bonus .
I prefer creative graphic designer cause it underwent a deep thinking and preparation
iam designer,, can work and accomplish all the roles,, so never mind where i will be.
It depends how fast they can visualize and can perform the job to execute. but mostly we have to meet the deadlines so I prefer an intelligent graphic can design with fast and proficient working.
