When I was young and had lots of enthusiasm to learn, I used to prefer work for long hours and managed to grab high salaries in olden times. Now, after getting experienced, I prefer quality over quantity. So, I would like to spend few hours in working with good quality projects and become satisfied with relatively lower pay. It helps to keep a semblance between work life and family.
As long as my time ends with accomplishments I would not care about the pay.
Neither of the two, i would prefer deserving pay for normal work hours. Balanced life is key to happiness and being happy with your work lead to success.
Long hours and high salary since the high salary will give me an opportunity to be my own boss and in future i will have to work few hours but still get an outcome out of the business. We must work extra harder for a better pay.
