How can you inform/submit your working progress to your upper offices?

I use the following ways to inform my working progress to my upper offices:

  • Sending or submitting hardcopy written report to upper offices as per prescribed proforma.
  • Sending or submitting softcopy written report to upper offices as per prescribed proforma using internet.
  • Informing urgent report to upper offices as per prescribed proforma via telephone or fax.
  • Representing oral report to upper offices as in formal meeting that arranged at regular interval.

I'm sending the reports via email and pass it to the upper directors during periodical meetings; by minting it I'll be sure that the managers get the updated information
