1. Performance Standards or Metrics not set effectively before the start of performance cycle

2. New Manager not aware of the Performance Culture/ system and how to conduct the Performance Discussion

3. Lack of continuous feedback mechanism.

The most important problems may we are facing upon evaluating performance are:

1- Missing indicators.

2- Misleading or inaccurate indicators.

3- Inaccurate data / information.

4- Unclear  performance objectives.
