How should you deal with those who do not share your ideas?

Collective work in the nature of the consultation is presented by a range of different opinions; we must understand that the difference here is a benign characteristic that must be accepted, because it is in the public interest; nor should we forget that this difference may be right.

The spirit of the community requires the capacity of the chest.

Well, as said earlier "Sharing is Caring" but sometimes some people don't go with this due to either the idea is not really worth sharing or people are intentionally don't like you being noticed by others - SICK PEOPLE - so you may get all the credit  The worest case scenario when people get your well honed idea nad rershape it and display it as if it's there own idea -Very frustraing -to receive all the credit for thier favor only .

Bottom line , you should have that sence of stabbornness and inner peace to cope with these kind of people and rest assured that one day your ideas and thoughts will show up no matter what .

Unless I will not be able to convince them with my ideas, I will deal with them with very open minded, as I totally believe to live in free democratic environment, and the correct ideas will be succeeded to be the only way in achieving objectives.

It may be unorthodox to answer your question with a question, but do you share thier ideas?

Experience is a big factor, but 2,3,4.. minds are better than one. Also gaining and maintaining respect from your collegues/subordinates is something you should strive for.  

Having said that, some people wont agree with you and its good to be criticized soemtimes. Unless they are only their to make noise.

Well firstly my idea woould be on the basis of calculation by analyzing all spects to make it go to he right direction. If Not I will like to hear their points too. By putting all things together we can refine it and make it work.

Ok, I can only answer this from my position as a person being in charge.

As I am a person in charge it means I have the final decision, so the fact if a person does or does not share my ideas is not something that would effect my decision.

Any person can have a different opinion or idea, as he or she is simply a different person, what I do is that I will listen to the ideas of others, depending on if they would be usefull for my decision taking I would use their ideas, or part of it and show the person appreciation for his or her input, thus motivating them tomcome future  wise with their point of view and ideas.

In short do not allow your decisions to be influenced by the fact if a person shares/likes your "ideas/point of view" or not, just listen to other's ideas/point of view and use these ideas/point of view in your decision taking.

I will try to explain my ideas and convince them , if they do not accept its , we have to discuss together in order to find a compromise that would be better for either the society and collaborators 

Firstly, Understand their ideas about your views. Make them understand why your idea is more practical and when implemented can help reach the  common goal.

I share my ideas in order to get their input. I show my enthusiam in discussing my idea and appreciating their input. They in return will share their ideas for the sake of a fruitful and honest discussion.
