Thank you for the invitation ;

The initiative is a major requirement in the work, and it is highly favored by employers; however, it has rules that must be observed and observed so as to take into account the quality of the desired outcome of this work; and that it does not cause significant damage to the institution internally or externally in case of failure; The workers and not their owner; here it can be argued that the bearing of the result of this decision can be compatible

Leaders are either born or developed.

Therfore, if you are empowered by a leader, then dont hesitate to do your best attempt to lead.

Thanks for invitation,

One of the most mandatory feature for any successful leader is  self-confidence, otherwise how he can convey this to his team members, unless he already believes in his skills and abilities to achieve positive results ?.

For me taking the lead has nothing to do with it if I would not be confident or not sure about the outcome.

It has everything to do with personality, a leader is not always confident or sure about the outcome, a leader is some one who takes decisions, even if they would or could be wrong.

A leader looks at the situation, has a goal in his mind, evaluates, plans and sees to it that his plan is being executed.

During the execution he keeps evaluating, as yes it could work out different, adjusts his plan and instructions to adjust and still works to reach his goal.

Being a leader is what is in your personality, you can't learn it, it can only be further developed.

So as I am a leader, yes I will take the lead, even if I would not be confident about myself or know the outcome, a situation like this does occur for example when I do something for the first time.

As captain I wil not jump in the sea and run if I enter a water way for the first time, I will lead, though my confidence is not the same as when I enter a by me very welknown water way.

Thanks

If I haven't self confidence, I wouldn't be a decision maker

I would analyse the situation, if not confident would take some expert advice and then take the decision and lead accordingly

Safety is complete team work , it requires collaboration from each individual and a safety personnel is the person who stimulate all sorts of required strategy to identify first and then rectification of any potential dangers. Confidence comes from experience, exposures and repetiting the same thing regularly. As far safety is concerns, i would be confident to deal any sort of problems.

If i am not confident and quite unknown from the outcome, i will not take lead at such case.
