it is sure that time and cost are considered as the two majors for planning and setting a project , but we mostly see that a contractor or a buisness man or woman they focus on two other factors : that are the strategic and geographic field or terrain , while setting ( planning and building the project at the real place and space ) they forgot an other factor which should be taken by importance , it's the social factor . Yes at the first moment you may think that the third factor is just can be ignored because it could be not something important and some people think that when ending the project it is normally and automatically that people will react to it as what they planned , but as a sociology student , and by considering my professor vews , i think that every contractor should really work firstly when planning with some sociologist , because understanding how and why people will react with some project that can get to their social environment , is up to sociology experts .
