He is real Leader beacuse he tries to learn and train them,  but he should to learn them how to do their tasks alone.

I think it is not benefic neither for the emplyee nor the company because it causes a waste of time for managers  and does not give the opportunity to the employees to develop their skills or learn new ones

Thanks for invitation,

I do believe that this manager give the chance to his assistant to be always "dependable",in addition to lose his self confidence.

Thank you for the invitation.  An interesting question indeed...

The manager is a good leader and team person.  He is trying to instil in them confidence but at the same time he is making them lazy and they will not learn to do their task efficiently if he is doing it for them on a regular bais.

He is training them in the knowledge of the task and for them to do these themselves he should be able to draw the line after showing them once or twice because the company expects that the employee does his own work as he is paid to do his job well.

Also by taking credit for something you do not do it is the wrong reason why you are on the floor - show your competent and you will learn, take notes if you do not know something and read up on it.
