How should I judge a candidate in an appropriate way?

Is it correct to judge a candidate by:

1- Date of birth: Too old to learn or too young to achieve;

2- Martial status/Gender: Ability to relocate, give more effort;

3-Current location: Stereo types by country, language or origin.

How can you control this type of pre-judgment to candidates?

Date , Martial status and locations questions during the interview Flag a sense of discrimination from the interviewer, although the answer may reflect handful information’s which shall affect the candidate’s on boarding  .

In my opinion , the following could be a legit alternatives (listed respectively ) :

1- Are you above 18 ?

2-Do you have any commitments , that may affect your attendance ?

3-Do you know reasons that may affect your onboarding in the work place or the country ?
