Salary delay is an indicator of poor management and factor of rapid company failure.

Mostly in large companies, as construction companies, the employees salaries are very small part of the costs. So in such cases other resources should be managed as arranging agreements with suppliers and subcontractor of post dated payments, so that no delays of employee salaries may happen.

Employees are the most important asset for any company. The should get a hike in salary yearly in accordance with their performance in the company. And provide them different benefits like health insurance, etc. The company should give employees much importance. They should organize motivational programs to boost their performance and ultimately the productivity.
