What sort of work is available for an American Lawyer?

I am a law student to be barred as an attorney in Texas. I want to live in Abu Dhabi and wonder what legal work might be available for me, or how an American lawyer could counsel/consult/work there otherwise. 

I look forward to open and honest feedback! I hope to travel there in February.
