What are the most important skills a leader needs to build an effective team?

As per my understanding a leader should at least have these qualities:

1. Know how to lead
2. Lead from front
3. Have courage to say what is Right and what is wrong
4. Support his followers
5. Good listener
6. Decision maker
7. Good speaker
8. Good manager
9. Generous
10. Etc

This list can go be so long. As every leader has his/her own way of lead.

Leading Skills: The leader should be knowledgeable enough to illuminates the path and lead with passion.

Decision-Making skills: He himself must be an example for others and lead with decisiveness. He should select the rigth person the person for the right job and should show commitment to staff.

Communication skills: His public dealings skills is the key important factor.

Peronailty: His personality must have some charisma in it.
