We should set time for time in bed and out of bed, bed is only use for sleeping and intimate activities. Avoiding stimulants (coffee etc) on afternoon to facilitate sleep in night. Limit naps from 15-30 minutes during the day. Avoid using of phones tablets when in bed and others.
