Reply to questions about yourself. The interviewer will ask you to tell him/her about yourself. He/she doesn't want to hear your life story or an in-depth recap of your prior work history. Tell the interviewer what you have been doing lately and how you feel you are qualified for this position. Report where you received your education and how different jobs have molded your work goals. You will most likely be asked about your strengths and weaknesses. Be prepared to explain your strengths as they relate to the specific job for which you are interviewing. While explaining your strengths requires you to talk about things you do or have done well, you do not want to come off as egotistical or arrogant. When you respond to the answer about your weaknesses, do your best to make a strength look like a weakness. For example, you might say you sometimes get too caught up in your work. If you cannot think of a specific weakness to share, saddle the question by admitting that you are not perfect in every way but that you believe your strengths perfectly match the job's requirements.
Thank you very much all of you for your valuable input in answering this question.
Kind Regards

To answer a human resource interview, you must be prepared to answer an adequate and prominent word that can easily caught up by the HR interviewer. You must have the confidence and ready to answer their questions in a unique way like telling them the fluent word that describe the exact point of your answer, and be sincere and deliver your word intensively.
Your question itself is a proof as a solution for your posting?
Because you havent mentioned specifically like is it for a fresher or experinced ?so make sure if you are not clear about the question get it clear.
Firstly, it is important that you understand why you are having an HR interview. Companies do HR interviews to evaluate:a) Your attitude towards workb) Your aptitude towards workc) Your confidence
d) Your communication skills.
e) Your fitment into the organization
Well according to my experience
1. Answer the question of HR in a way that he would ask an another question from your answer.
2.Don't answer which you are not known else tell them rather i would like to know or learn.
Direct to the point, brief, analytical and technical response on the questionnaire.
