Do you believe in this statement. Is it better to recruit a person who has sales experiance than a fresher. Is experiance of being refused a thousand times and the courage to show a smiling face after that more than a marketing degree considering that the sales strategy would vary from person to person , sales being more of an are than a science.
Sales jobs are very challenging as well as exciting... Every sale is a challenge and a process of learning for a sales person. A sales person comes across different types of people everyday which enhances his social exposure. Moreover, If incentives are connected with a sales job, continuing it is extremely exciting 'coz it pays for the hard work in the end

In sales it's usually not so much about experience but the will. And passion for the job. You might find a fresher selling better than someone who has been there for a while because they have lost the will power due to lack of incentives or misunderstanding in the office with the management.
Sales job, is very difficult, when the target is not reached, your salary , is cut.
