first thing i will  ask the project details and arranging the meeting Projet manager and discussed about the Project safety planning and organisation , implementaion.

1. Ist of All study detail project and insure a meeting with manager to develop detail implementation plan according to available resources in given time line and distribute responsibilities. like if im working on construction of moterway. project secratary cheif engineers will be in meeting and project secraraty will manage camps finance and salaries of all staff and hiring of new staff, living and faciliites require to start it working will give plan to develop his system and team with increaseing of work load and working condition. he will give us his plan according to timeline requirements. 
2. cheif engineer will hold his meeting with mechanical, electrical, laborary for material testing, procurement and contract department and establish a team for proper coordination of planned activites to move together for requirment and planned time line. 
3. Some bold decision will be taken like heavy mechaniary like procurment of heavy plants vehicals etc togeher. 
4. we will appoint some local cordinators to cordinate local people like, for  land acqisition, govt. electrical. irrigation, health, land revenue, district governament and highway authority, and theze will also help us to prove local technical and none technical staff require for the project.  these measures wiil be for smooth working and start.
