but your sales staff must have the skills of figuring out the customer's attention or interesting on the spot.

If they are having problems with having conversations, yes it would. But i suggest a tiny exersice; choose a topic, then create a conversation with your employee. This could be video recorded so you can discuss the pros and cons

We all make mistakes we all learn. Your attitude determine your aptitude. The best way to be when you make a mistake make sure you learn from it don't repeat that again make notes learn from others as well and give your very best and I m quite sure you can do it so easily as you know the word Impossible says " I'm possible" you gonna be so fine and confident and moving forward.
