What do you suggest to remove/reduce the Stress at workplace? What are some of the common stresses at office?

Different types of workplace stresses may include:-

    Work pressures like competing demands and reaching targets

    Cultural Differences like expats working in different set of cultures other then their own in multinational orgs.

    Discriminations on the basis of cast culture and creed

    Financial stresses to under paid

    Lone workers

    Personal security stress for workers whose job require public dealing.

A through job risk analysis will reveal rate of stress risk in the job under analysis and once identified following steps may help in elimination / reduction of the risk of stress:-

    Setting SMART goals and objectives

    Competitive remuneration

    Control on workplace bullying and harassment

    Discrimination free policies

    Policies for lone workers and those who have to interact with public

    Flexible work hours and recreational activities

    Involvement of employees in decision making

    Employee reward and appreciation system

There can be many more depending upon the type and nature of business.

It depends on the culture of the organization and its size, as ex. if it's an open creative organization like google or facebook

 

so you will find a lot of benefits that the organization allow such as GYM, childcare, resturants, carwash, rest rooms, game center, free schedule, work from a distance, etc..

 

sure its different from an organization to another but the point is give them what ever you can & thats our role as HR's.
