For solving this issue we need to conduct on the job and off the job programs like proper tea and prayer break in the office timing and establishing friendship group by organizing and promoting recreation activities.

Talk to staff and HR & try to find out the problem faced by HR or staff, then explain to them the reason for the current situation. Organise team bonding sessions, organise social event to make them aware of the issues faced and explain to staff why we things a certain way in a company. Find out how things can be improved or chaned from staff / HR forthe benefit of all concerned.

Every employees want to do better for thier company but sometimes we see Human Resource arena between normal employee is occured hazarding situation by some issue that is not good sign any company.Company should keeping equal opportunity between HR and employees.

I would like to call upon the HR staffs and employees together and conduct a friendly meeting, often try to provide some extra curricular floor activities to them. The more they interact we can avoid the conflicts and it may helps to avoid the intra conflicts between my different team levels.

I will try to find out whats the reason for thier love-hate relationship...if it is personal ...i will warn them if they are distracted from thier goal and i will remind them this is a team game and there is no place for personal fights
