an AC signal change its value according to time it vary depending on its peek valve ex:Vpeek =220v then it vary between +220 and -220 also it depends on its frequency usually it is 50 HZ and in my country our AC signal have an equation ofV(t) = 220 sin(2π50) or 220 cos(2π50) and rhe equation will change if we are talking about an 3 phase line a DC voltage signal do not change according to time it have a constant value ex :V(t)=10
