Thnx for the invitation my dear, yes it does surely with certain boundaries, the balance always leads to success and perfection, the flexibility attracts the successful candidate coz they will take the advantage from it. But don't forget it also will attract the unsuccessful candidates coz those type of employees won't understand the benefits in developing their future and resume. Plus to be honest in our Arab word it won't be a successful plan, but look for Google company and Apple company they apply that strategy, they included room for sleeping room for playing sports... Etc. But I hope as am searching for a job to find a company where it balances the work-life hours.

Yes it does.  Because company need work from their employees. Sitting late hours working is not beneficial for the company as it decreases the capabilities and strength of the employee. Flexible working hours will help to boost it's energy and capability.

Now a days hardworking employees are not benefitted and Smart working employees are given more chances for professional promotions inside the organizations by screening their completion time of work within the flexible working hours, assigned to him or her.
