1- Kickoff meeting on every day not more than 15 mins to discuss daily tasks and its status.
2- Weekly and Monthly Meeting to keeps eyes on progress.
3- To boost your project progress you need to boos morally and standup with your downline employees, support them, help them, keep them professionaly with you, any issue discuss with them, weekly or monthly outing and gettogether party etc.
4- And finally you need to be skilled/expert so that in advance you can predict about the out come of current process
In my Opinion I guess Daily to Weekly Meetings to assess the progress of the team adding to that statistics on successful tasks completed and tasks missed to be able to convert thise to a graph of Performance of the team's abililities.
