Manager is a person who has ability to sell and also to keep sellers motivated. He/She must guarantee the stock (if it isn't online managing); Also manager must check sales and sellers and be responsible for the store arrangement by sellers, or her/himself. She/he must help in diffucult sales. To be energic (but using respect) in costumers complaint and try to find a better solution for problems.

Any branch sales M. as the below:
1.Supervise the receipt of spare parts!
2.Continue wholesale sales if they do that !
3.Direct supervision on the sale of a retail
4.Reducing selling prices in some cases.
5.Send the monthly reports.
Main Office- Sales.M as the below:
1.Put the plan for all branches.
2. Follow his plan sales.
3.Send the monthly sales targets to all to see their sales and know how they will correct if need !
4.Send the incentive monthy for them if he make a deal with them about it before.
5.Contact them if there any urgently action.
6. Oversee their[All branches] annual periodic meetings or any other meetings !
7. Providing spare parts that are not available in the main branch in coordination with the main factory !!!
8. Follow up shipments of spare parts for all branches !!!
