HR stands for HUMAN RESOURCES.

Human resources management is responsible of managing group of people effectively, through several functions such as recruiting, training, in order to implement vision and objective of certain organization. We call these people: Employees.

Human resource refers to each person in the organization.

TOT stands for TRAINING OF TRAINERS.

Training of trainers is a high-level professional learning process for qualified trainers to give them background knowledge, skills and practical experience. Trainer of trainee will be able to teach others a specific specialization.

HR and TOT are two different fields. Each one has its own specific skills that you should have to make you able to practice each profession.
