Salary doesn't motivate the employees.
I'd say for certain time you'll see the hard worker on, then he/she will turn off and back to laziness after all.
Great work environment with supportive teamwork and management will keep this employee hard worker for long.
We should recognize the employee's efforts and reward the employee, doesn't matter the reward is, even with "money" would be good, trip, thanking the employee with an email, certificate, trophy ...
etc.
Monthly incentive, employee of the month, employee of the year, other awards can be created to keep the enthusiasm on.

Not Necessary all the time, but salary is one of most important aspect in a Job for any employee.

Apart from that now employees expect good work environment and culture.

I never came across any employee who is dishonest with there company some times better opportunity and most of the time ill culture provoke him to change there current job.

I do not think so i can agree to this question. Firstly the person had to be adjudged for his talent and performance. Simply hiking the salary of a person who does not deserve is not going to be profitable solution to an organisation. All merits needs to be considered before taking any steps to increase one's salary considerably.

L'acceuille,  la patiennce avec les clients, et le bon rendment, n'ont rien à voir avec le salaire élevé. Mais c'est la bonne l'éducation correcte de l'employé

Really a lot of money makes the individual do the impossible but it depends on the ethics of the worker I do not think that the person who is skilled in his work is waiting for salary because he loves his work and over time his salary will increase and will get a high rank.

that depends on the employee's behaviour
