I monitor the performance of each employee and the extent of mental and physical abilities and the capacity of the absorption capacity and then redistribute the work and responsibilities according to the capabilities of each individual with make programs to improve their performance
1- Set a procedure through which you get information on KPI’s in real time instead of at the end of a period.
2- Go for second opinion of your workers and team’s performance from different stakeholders i.e clients, suppliers or co-workers in other teams etc.
By designing a solid KPI system in 2 different areas:
1- Business related (Targets, Profit, Product segment)
2- Quality Related (Customer Satisfaction, Service level, Retention and churn percentage)
I as team leader, with smooth behave, for my clicks and apresiate them to do better.
As a sales manager i will give them daily task and at the end of the day through con call i will take report. weelky and monthly review will be done on each months.

With effective communication amongst team members from management, effort of continuously monitor performances and ensure they get effective and efficient training on schedule. The capacity of each employee should also be monitored to divide tasks effectively. Team members should be continuously appraised for performance , thus they would improve where lacking.
visiting the customers with them , check the last update of their project weekly , achieving their target .
As a team leader, need to track the employees records daily,weekly and monthly for monitoring the performance.
If any lack with their skills or knowledge update the required needs through friendly only. For that first i should be a good learner and keep on updating myself .If i ready to fullfill the needs and requirement they will achieved the performance automatically through good and right conversation.
As a sales manager you have to be friendly with each employe than you can understand his problume . if you solve employes problume then you can get best result for your busness .
If anyone want to monitor the performance we need to measure:
Sales volume or revenue generated on the account in specific duration/time.
Need to checked level of customer satisfaction as this is the most important part and can play very important role so can't be ignored
How timely products/services/reports delivered with accuracy
