One process for helping you set clear, achievable goals is S.M.A.R.T., which stands for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time frame. Setting S.M.A.R.T.

The method of SMART goals (an acronym for the 5 steps of specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based goals) is one of the most effective tools used by high achievers to reach their business goals consistently.

 

 A long-term goal is something you want to do further in the future. Long-term goals require time and planning. They are not something you can do this week or even this year. Long-term goals usually take 12 months or more to achieve.

Professional development goals are specialized plans that are chalked up to help you achieve certain objectives. These goals are generally specific in nature and cater to the unique career path you have chosen. ...
