The best would be CRM and cloud services; to manage them well plus to help in reporting.

in my point of view CRM is a good platform, also the new trend that called cloud services when it comes to B2B business

To me there's many platforms that can get me the same result, the best here to follow the one that can be combined with the company system.

Adobe Audience is very good, also ZOHO CRM. Some company develop a full System for all department and this is the best way.

there is a lot of customers data managing platforms, and I prefer to get the platform which can serve my business by managing my customers data and can be integrated to another systems and apps to make all advertising ways at the right way in correct place and solve customers issues and save the employee time to get the best performance in all employee duty hours like (ZOHO CRM). 

the best scenario if you have a good capital to develop your own CRM from scratch that achieves all your needs, then do it.
