What is the best place to start a course in preparation of PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certificate?

  I candidate  to you to attend this course in COMPUTEK center which has two branches , one in nasr city and the other in dokki sqaure

Depends upon from where you belong or where you are working. you can get information from ministry of education in your country of stay.
