Know your strength and concentrate only on that , so that you are confident to execute any time if required

-       Focusing on targeted career path instead of Salary (for the first job).

 

-       Be convinced that there is high level of competition in the market and he/she must Have some competitive advantages (such as courses, languages, related proficient)

.

-       Focus on effective techniques for doing interviews. GPA is only a gate for interview, so if fresh graduate has weak charisma or social intelligence, he/she will not be selected for the job regardless his/her GPA.
