What references do you prefer to see in CVs? From managers, from peers or personal contacts? Why?

 Peers And Managers Reference is quite important as its not only will have more information about the employee’s specific skills, training and work history, but we also  be able to focus upon the specific skills and details that closely match the qualifications the employers are looking for.
