As a result, the fluidity and ease of acquiring the acquired knowledge as well as the accuracy in the sense of it are achieved.

As an ESL teacher I focus more in developing the confidence of my students to learn and speak the language. Though objectives vary depending on learners abilities and learning styles, it is important to note that without proper motivation and coaching it will be quite impossible for a non native student to have the desire and determination to learn English. Fluency will follow and eventually accuracy as students progress and seek to learn more about the language.
