Personally, I prefer the notepad++.
Notepad++ is good for Huge volume of text handling. ie) cut & past selected columns; comaring two similar datasets before and after changed versions.
On the otherhand Sublime used as a editor , also the compiler version python script.
As the old man said, "Many people have many tastes"It's not about which is better it's about the preferences and choices. And It varies with a user to a user. Almost all my friends prefer Sublime but I do prefer Notepad++ just because I like the UI.
