To what extent are HR practices included under government laws, rules and regulations?

It is critical to align HR practices to federal employment laws, no matter the location.
Each provision stated in an employee contract requires a level of due diligence, as far as confirming the laws on record and keeping abreast of updates and revisions.
This practice must be applied to all potential employees, as well as freelancers.
Avoiding risks of factors such as diminished company reputation, employee disputes and litigation should be motivations for compliance.

HR Practices are not forced or supported by government in any matter.
Government only considers the efforts of company for OHSAS practices and Salary payments of workers.

i haven't studied labor law till now but i think HR Practices are greatly influenced and shaped by the governmental laws,rules and regulations.and it governs all aspects of human resource management—recruitment, placement, development, and compensation .i just think that
