  1.  SWOT analysis is a dissection of a company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. A SWOT analysis focuses on internal factors over which you have control (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors which you can proactively prepare for (opportunities and threats).

SWOT Analysis determines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a company. The strengths are the strong holds of the company that makes them unique from other companies. The weaknesses is the company's short comings. Both strengths and weaknesses are internal factors. opportunities are the things that the company can take advantage of which are at their exposure whiles threats are the things that can have bad effect on the company which they don't have control over them.
