Customer service is a very broad concept. In order to achieve, exceed and maintain the set standards, it is important to be aware of our strengths, weaknesses, areas of improvement. This is possible through SWOT analysis. Once the areas of improvement are identified, plans can be laid down to achieve and the strengths can be multiplied. Therefore, SWOT is important in all areas of work especially Customer Service.
