Brand Position Statement -- how do you want to be perceived, how do you want people to feel and think about you
Define Brand Attributes -- attributes taht reflect your belief systema nd brand personality. This is important as it informs the impression you want to cultivate
Define/Create your unique value proposition. Ths should be differentiated from all substitutes if possible
Develop proof points that make your value proposition and brand attributes believeable
Create crisp, easy to recall messages that can be communicated in mustiple media. These should consistently re-enforce your brand
