In a very brief wording, the good manager or leader has to define the appropriate tasks for his subordinators in accordance with the acquired results concept, in order to be sure that the team with the available resources will be keen to achieve the strategic objectives needed on due time.

A good leader is also known among his employees like a book or guide who can help them understand the work at hand. So, ofcourse an employee is going to achieve his target with flying colors if only the manger has specified to him the results that he wants.

Managers define appropriate task for subordinates to et the outcomes needed to produce the desired results and to accomplished their goals not just merely dumpling the work on people.

Sometimes the results obtained do not depend on the amount of work done, there are some people have the privileges and skills to achieve the achievement of greater gains in time and work less, and must give tasks to people according to their abilities and their gains .
