Not in the near future I would say. I do think however that the jobs of employees will change and that it is important to make sure your personnel is 'fit for the future'. Are they willing to change into an even more customer-orientated mindset to make sure your company is ready to offer the ultimate High Tech - Human Touch experience in the foreseeable future?
Not for the time being and I dont think so they can replace employees with computers since the intelligence is the employee it self.
This is for sure a possibility and a possible reality in near Future. Enterprises like TESLA, Google, Virgin etc. are taking the technology to next level starting with auto machines and BOT systems. Job positions will not be lost, they will be replaced by other ones according to social, economic and technological environment time
Not in the near future. Before that, the workforce must be developed first to help develop the future and prepare to deal with this development .
This could be a threat to man power in the near furture as the companies could reduce on their full time workforce to make space for automation, however no machines can replace the expertise and talents of people.
No-but artificial intelligance can help the company and employees to rase there appilities to reach standards
AI is in many areas. In general it may not replace employees in organizations.
So far my company does not replace staff with machinery but keeps up with every development in industry using all systems
Every year, the workplace that futurists have long envisioned—one dominated by artificially intelligent machines doing everything from answering the phones to balancing a company’s books—inches ever closer to reality. Artificial Intelligence Has Impacted Engineering Naturally, we humans are feeling more and more pinched by the rise of AI--a new workforce that doesn’t need to sleep, eat, take breaks, socialize, or even receive a paycheck.
With this concept being very much possible, I don't see this happening in the near future. Technology transfirmation to replace humans will take time and that being said, the world will always need people with soft skills which the machines can not replace, such as : project managers, people's managers, negotiators, decision makers etc.
