How can we boost interest in scientific research in the Middle East?

Oil resources has made the people rich.now who will take the pain to do research. Like other areas,people will buy research. Pre -university education should teach them and prepare them so that they will start doing some research in universities. If you look at many scientists, they were from rich background. Like duke or Prince. They had enough money.they were not bread winners of the family.but in Arab countries, it is opposite. Science needs dedication, it needs hard work. U must work not manage somebody. It seems Arabs are more interested in monitoring not observing. One must start observing,analysing and coming to conclusions.

These steps must be followed:

- Reasonable and reasonable expenditure on scientific research

- Encouraging training in scientific research at an early age - and reducing the theoretical years

-Apply both practical process idea and extended research laboratories
