there are three majors components need to be compared Material cost as per quality required, Labour of China is cheaper than the middle east, FOH is more lessor 9due to the cottage industry of allied works of China as compared to the middle east... so production unit is in China is cheaper or more favorable than UAE.

Competition is healthy and calls for only the risk takers to be involved and forge through in this. Going for the competition means you've studied well or equiped yourself with knowledge about the opponent. Having considered that, it becomes easy to beat the opponent knowing his strongholds and machinery. This is to say, Chinese manufacturer have a predestined way of operating their plants which have passed the test of time of which is the investment of technology, education and human resourse in terms of their capabilities from their early life.

Chinese have very strong Manufacturing Techniques:

1. They focused on mass production.

2. Cost effective and cheap raw material

3. Govt support for subsidies and low cost on shipping and transportation

4. low quality product

5. no credibility or responsibility for defect .. even not bothered if you complained

Thats reason.. if you consider above points you can start same rate product.

Yes we can compete, if you review the Sales analysis, stil the Japanese is leading the market.

Yes China product has an edge of low price but customer still requires peace of mind and Japanese product has a attractive starting price.

I do not want to be negative and say that we can not compete with the Chinese industry, not for the lack of quality culture in the middle condition, but to change the culture and focus on certain factors in the overall quality have been good competitiveness, quality culture before it is tangible and regardless of cost, it is normal to increase Cost and lower profits, but at the beginning of the application, but will improve with the passage of application and the process of improvement and developmen

I think the distance between us and them is great. We need to change laws, strong government support, change the type of education and provide possibilities for the minds that can develop. Our culture is still in the process of running simple workshops, dealing strictly with the employee as a driver of cost instead of being a producer. Therefore, the most vulnerable profession is the engineer's profession, because it can be replaced by non-academic technician to reduce the cost. I think we need many long steps to get to the level of competition.

Thanks for invitation,

As a matter of fact, and in my opinion, it is too late, especially that the chinese products have its present in all multi- markets and are now exist on these markets worldwide.
