HR works with the management team to maanage the compay's human capital. The following is a brief task list.
Define the jobs needed to achieve the company's strategy (org. chart, job descriptions & personal specifications, competitive pay and benefits plans).
Source for candidates & recruit the best you can for each job.
Specify the performance indicators for each job and monitor the personal performance accordingly, and calrify those indicators to job holders.
Prepare carrer progression paths as required (this includes training).
Prepare succession plans for critical jobs.
Prepare and execute human capital budgets.
Monitor employees satisfaction and take corrective actions as & when required.
Monitor competitors' HR behaviours and recommend initiatives to maintain the company's competitiveness.
Unfortunately, in Egypt we miss it's real rule , as in reality they r just face to obey Top Mangement orders without any consideration to anything else
in a sample answer , to provide the company employe by their needs within the company internal policy and its budget as well and MUST open channles with all the employe in order to know thier needs well and which of them can be applied and happened.
A team of professionals who can and will guide you through people issues, employment issues and advise you through personal issues if required. I have nothing but admiration and respect for well trained HR professionals, however, beware of younger/newer qualified HR assistants who are keen to offer advice, it may need clarification.
The only key for better future for any promising organization or project.
Human resource is like the fuel for the engine which makes it work efficiently. I beleive Managing individuals in organisation is the toughest task and HR takes responsibility in handling there issues and also to look into the potential candidates which can help organisation to achieve its goals.
Therefore its the most important part of any organisation and is considered as founation for any organisation.
human resource management meang, " right person shhould be appointed at the right time and at right place" so it will help the employees to effectively using their knowledge into practical work , they feel like satispaction.
Supporting the employees to get the most out of them in order to achieve the organizational goals.
Human Resources denotes the following for me:
1. Setting policies n proceedures as guidelines and compliance monitors.
2. Conjoining different departments to work cohesively and achieve the Common Company Goal.
3. Resolving disputes and differences without affecting the Company in any way or form.
4. Creating an Employee Friendly Work Environment that nurtures loyalty and performance.
