In order for your company to prosper, you must figure out how to build a team that works well together. That can be a difficult task. After all, creating a team means bringing together people with different skillsets and varied personalities to work towards a common goal--a complex undertaking.
When I look at the tactics smart managers implement, I see five common threads to how they approach team-building:

3. Establish Ground Rules.

Team building could not schadule, it come as fasey control, you need to lead and watch where is the dangre that the team will face and protect them from it till you reach you organiazation goals, and during that you have to cove r the weakness of the teram member plus to support the strong memeber on the team so on, and after peroid of time you will see them all with you.

As a Manager, you are responsible in tracking down the progress of each team member in your team, your ability to uplift the wekest link in your group and mold them into a productive team member and your legacy to build another leader from your footsteps - that defines your leadership skills. But how? By implementing various trainings indoor and outdoor dependeng on the urgency of the training. A Manager could conduct an appraisal to each team member'sperformance based on the set KPIs. You can do that every two weeks or monthly. It could vary as team members doesnt have same individual numbers. Once assesment result is available, you can figure out those team member of yours who needed the team building urgently or you can play with the numbers. Half productive performers and half low performers. Check the with the HR Department as to the availability of the traiining and plot it in your calendar. Ensure that your operations would not be affected and you have back up on floor to cover those attendees. You can do it regularly till you arrive in your goal or desired result.
