How to measure the progress of the on-boarding process, and to find out if we have hired the wrong candidate, in the following ways:1. Make the Plan Program the main target (X-1)2. Make Competence for the position (X-2)3. The main plan program is divided into sub-programs (X-3)4. If X1 = X2 means the Program is running as it should.5. If X2 <X1 means that the employee is incompetent.6. If X2> X1 means that the employee has good competence.

Wrong candidate can be judge in his/her probatation period, sometime its not possible to replace the wrong candidate and we have to refresh his capabilities byproviding training session, manytimes candidates not perform in starting his role, so they need time to sucesses. Build up trust in them, give them space to think and work and they will rise.
