First and foremost figure out where the issue lies,then motivate them according to their achivements, it could be monitory set  up targets that are realistic, if it is group then there could be a competition to achieve better targets.going out for a small trip outdoor would help release the stress and increases the chances of being comfortable with superiors to share ideas, visions and most of all the knowledge.
