You know that it's one of the most expensive woods that cost about 1500 JD per m3 "not sure" maybe even more,other kinds of balsa could cost in a range between 6500-8000 JD per m3 depending on the quality. It's rarely used for its high cost, that's why you can find it only with some well known wood dealers, one of the dealers who i know is: أعمدة البيت في المنطقة الصناعية الشرقية
But i can assure you, you won't find a cheap one, and you have to make an order with exact quantity, because they don't already have it, they have to order it from outside markets.
I suggest other equivalent options: Teak wood" local", Samba, walnut; depends on the kind of use, even Rosa wood is also solid and elegant but the color is reddish. Up to you.
