How to make the ideal employee a catalyst for the rest of the staff?

To make the ideal employee "The Role Model", for the rest of the staff, you may conduct a general meeting for all the staff:

first of all, to appreciate his efforts and give him the reward gift that senior management awarded to him.

Secondly, indicating to all of them:

1- Why the senior management have decided to chose this employee exactly,  as an" Ideal Employee" for this year or this period of time.

2- What exactly his achievements, and how these achievements has affected positively on the organization's net income or enhancing the organization's reputation in the market.
